Ronnie Morris is a first generation college graduate. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1995, and graduated from the LSU Flores MBA Program in 2017. He is the Founder and President of the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, WeProduceGrads and Board Treasurer of the Baton Rouge BASIS School. Involved in the community of Greater Baton Rouge, Morris has also served as a Junior Achievement volunteer for 15 years in local high schools and an ExxonMobil Diversity Scholars Mentor for LSU students.
Mr Morris is a 22-year ExxonMobil employee currently working as a project advisor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Morris started his career at ExxonMobil after spending 15 years working in the railroad industry. During his assignment on the Global Energy Management team, he completed expat assignments in Italy and France, while also working at 27 other ExxonMobil facilities globally.
He lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Allyson. Their children are all graduates of Southeastern University or LSU (with one promising Engineering graduate in progress).
